Batang Pinangga ( Beloved Child ) group home for neglected children: Cebu, Philippines

It was a pleasure to introduce Rosei CGI and myself to Butch and his wife Anne, who manage the group home in Carmen, Cebu. They care for 28 neglectled and abused children. Rose CGI has begun to liasion and will soon support Batang Pinaggna. 
A wonderful and caring couple.
