A Fresh Start

Jan 20, 2009

After all the paperwork we are finally to start afresh. We are now a legal NGO operating as a nonprofit corporation. Our mission is as it has always been which is to set up a home (s) for children here in the Philippines. As we continue our work in Palawan we are expanding to the Manila and Cebu area and within this year we hope to have one or more homes up and sheltering a few of those children who so greatly need the help. We held an Xmas party in Manila for 190 children on Dec.20.
We hope friends of Palawan Project will continue to support and follow our our activities at our new website: http://www.rosecgi.com/Site2/Welcome.html

About Robert

I am a Canadian living in Japan and the Philippines for more than 40 years. After surviving the tsunami in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2004, I decided it was finally time to act on a long held desire to do something for the children of the area who have less available to them in terms of health care, shelter and education. I have established a non profit organization that helps care for these needs of some children. I sincerely thank those who would like to contribute to the cause in any way, please email us at: info@rosecgi.org
