This is Peter the Lighter Guy.
Peter is disabled, but rain or shine he is out working hard selling lighters to keep a roof ( just a roof) over his and his mother’s head. Breaks my heart to see him sleep rough on the beach when not selling enough lighters to cover his transportation cost back home to his mother. He recently had electricity cut off since he couldn’t pay the bill.
We are happy to assist Peter and his mother at least have power for lights.
Life is such a struggle here for PWD, with no government assistance.
