Sambiray Primary School

Oct 24, 2022

“Even on these days, some pupils still go to school only with one notebook. Thank you for giving them hope. We told them they will receive gifts and look at those gleeming smiles.” These are the words of Ms. Silda, the Teacher-In-Charge of Sambiray Primary School. A total of 82 learners (entire school population) received school supply assistance from the Brighten Up A Life Project of Rose CGI in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Boracay-Malay Chapter last Friday. “We were really hoping we get selected after we saw the distribution in Napaan Elementary School and truly grateful it happened today. Thank you to the donors.” She continued.

About Robert

I am a Canadian living in Japan and the Philippines for more than 40 years. After surviving the tsunami in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2004, I decided it was finally time to act on a long held desire to do something for the children of the area who have less available to them in terms of health care, shelter and education. I have established a non profit organization that helps care for these needs of some children. I sincerely thank those who would like to contribute to the cause in any way, please email us at: info@rosecgi.org
