REDEEM project in partnership with Rose CGI

May 11, 2022

Towards resilient communities. Boracay Red Cross supported the largest number of beneficiaries in one session. A total of 66 residents on Boracay were reached in today’s REDEEM project in partnership with Rose CGI. These community members received relevant information on First Aid management especially for common household emergencies, disaster preparedness and awareness on communicable diseases.
They were very grateful to receive rice. and hygiene kits to aid some of their basic needs.
As always, we thank Ms Rona and the Red Cross volunteers for their dedication.
Special thank you to our sponsor, the Gary and Madoka Foundation.

About Robert

I am a Canadian living in Japan and the Philippines for more than 40 years. After surviving the tsunami in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2004, I decided it was finally time to act on a long held desire to do something for the children of the area who have less available to them in terms of health care, shelter and education. I have established a non profit organization that helps care for these needs of some children. I sincerely thank those who would like to contribute to the cause in any way, please email us at: info@rosecgi.org
