Bringing the Lifesaving Skills to students of MASA Ati School.

The High School Students of Indigenous Ati were oriented on different First Aid Management on common emergencies plus they also had the chance to practice proper CPR. A session on hygiene promotion was also conducted. They were happily joined in by younger pupils doing the countings with every chest compression. Learning Lifesaving is fun but more importantly, we aim to make every household emergency ready not only the parents but also for their teens. This is the REDEEM Project of Rose Colored Glasses International in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Boracay-Malay Chapter. We turned over the hygiene kits and 150 kilos of Rice to the School which will be utilized for the student’s daily meals. Thank you so much to our donors, the Gary and Madoka Foundation for the continued support.

About Robert

I am a Canadian living in Japan and the Philippines for more than 40 years. After surviving the tsunami in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2004, I decided it was finally time to act on a long held desire to do something for the children of the area who have less available to them in terms of health care, shelter and education. I have established a non profit organization that helps care for these needs of some children. I sincerely thank those who would like to contribute to the cause in any way, please email us at: info@rosecgi.org
