My project's target is helping children get an education who otherwise would continue on the poverty path. The only way I can directly help is to provide some conditions so a few can study, then with that helping hand they can hopefully look to a brighter future....

I am a Canadian living in Japan and the Philippines for more than 40 years. After surviving the tsunami in Phuket, Thailand, in December 2004, I decided it was finally time to act on a long held desire to do something for the children of the area who have less available to them in terms of health care, shelter and education.
